Praying For a Troubled Heart

Lord, today I lift up ___. There are times that her heart is heavy. She feels like she has to carry the burden alone. She sometimes feels overwhelmed, distraught, and exhausted. In those times, she’s not sure how to let you carry her heavy load. Please show her how. Take that load from her. Let her rest and be refreshed so that her heart will no longer be heavy.
