A Prayer to Give God Worries and Depression

Dear Father in Heaven, today I lift up ____. She sometimes feel that so much in her life is under siege. She has so many concerns and cares, and they weigh her down. While she desires to cast her cares upon You, she seems to pick them back up again, and they only add more anxiety and stress. Please help her learn truly to cast her cares on You as she learns what it means to rest and trust in You.
