Help in the Midst of Panic

Dear God,

Please help ____ to lay her panic and anxiety at Your feet. When she’s feeling crushed by fears and worries, remind her of Your power and Your grace. Fill her with Your peace as she trusts in You and You alone. She knows she can’t beat this on her own. But she has You, Lord, and You have already paid the ultimate price to carry her burdens.

Thank you for hearing this prayer, Lord.
