Grant Peace

Lord, today I lift up ____. Most of the time, she has no fear. Nothing shakes her. Nothing gets her down.
But every so often, if she wakes up in the middle of the night and has a doubt or a fear…
If she wonders what lies ahead….
If she fears the unknown….
If she becomes apprehensive because of what someone said…
If she over-thinks the situation…
If she has trouble believing everything is going to be all right…
If she feels the slightest bit of panic…
If she wonders about a certain scenario…
If hope is in short supply…
In the midst of any of those kinds of thoughts and situations, Lord, would you please calm that sea?
Would you please grant peace and reign in her heart.
May she sense your Spirit lifting her up.
Would you do the impossible once more and bring her joy in the midst of trial.
That’s our prayer in the mighty and invincible Name of Jesus,
