For Peace When Tempted to Panic

Lord, today I lift up ___. She knows it is normal for us to sometimes find ourselves in a pit of fear and discouragement. She also knows that she doesn’t have to stay there. Today, may she choose to fix her eyes on You. May it be as if each word she says in thanks to you serves as a steppingstone out of the pit she’s been in this day. Thank You for providing Your timeless truths that prove to her over and over again how powerfully capable You always are. May she know that, with You by her side, she has no need to fear.
