Dan asked the question this week, “Anyone know of any Christian/Biblical resources to use in teaching Spanish as a second language to speakers of other languages?” Let’s help Dan out, Brigada readers. What resources do you use?
I highly recommend you take our TESOL training either online or in-person so you will know how to teach a language well. We have Thai and Tagalog teachers using our methods with great success and popularity, and people who have taken our class just so they can direct their own language study.
While not specifically meant for language learning, I LOVE my NLT/ NTV (Nueva Traducción Viviente) bilingual Bible. It’s two column side by side. I read the Spanish and reference the English as needed. It’s been great for billing my Spanish vocabulary and grammar. Note: my Spanish level is pretty advanced already. Still, it could be a helpful tool for anyone.
