Some of us read our Bibles, and our devotionals and have our designated prayer time in the morning. Some of us do these throughout the day (busy mommas!). What reading plan, devotional, or prayer prompter do you use?
I have never been able to work with a plan that is dated for each day of the year. I use Footsteps Bible Tracker App so I have more flexibility but am still reading the whole Bible. I aim for 4 chapters a day (but miss sometimes!) so it usually takes me around 14 months to read through. I use S. O. A. P. approach to let the word transform me. I’m going through The Bible Recap podcast (at my own pace, because… kids). The best part is there’s no need to buy physical books that are difficult to ship.
I’ve used the McCheyne Bible reading plan for many years. It can be used as a one or two year plan (or longer), and goes through the entire Bible once plus the N.T. and Psalms twice each round.
I find that reading four places in Scripture at once, keeps things fresh, and it amazingly reveals (helps one understand) how much all Scripture is tied together. I absolutely love this plan!
(D.A. Carson has written 2 one year devotional volumes with this plan in the back – which is how I initially got started with the plan. They were gifts.)
I use https://test.sitewidgets.com/daily-office-lectionary/ at https://test.sitewidgets.com/, which has a number of other plans, also.
Actually the “Daily Office” plan that I use is available at https://habitsofgrace.org/ in a fully production, nicely formatted website.
There are also eight plans at https://ogbcashdown.org/ under the “Daily Bible Reading Plans.”

The Bible Project has a great reading plan that also incorporates their fabulous explainer videos!
