- MISSION SHOW ON TV — Beginning in February, FaithTV will begin airing a half-hour program all about missions. “MISSION: God at Work, Faith in Action” will feature videos showing God working through missionaries around the world. They are looking for videos to feature. If you have a video that is worthy of broadcast, please contact Dianne at <mission@faithtelevisionnetwork.com>. FaithTV is trying to change the reputation of Christian Television … broadcasting documentaries and movies … sort of a discovery/movie channel from a Christian perspective. MISSION is their flagship show. Check them out at http://www.faithtelevisionnetwork.com . Click on MISSION. Finally, a program about what we do! This could change how the world views missionaries. </mission@faithtelevisionnetwork.com>

- “CHEW” – CHRISTIAN HOSPITALITY EXCHANGE — Are you interested in exchanging international short-term lodging? Please contact Mariposa at
if you have exp., know of an org. that does this, or are interested in piloting/joining the Christians’ Hospitality Exchange for ministry Workers co-op (CHEW). You don’t have to be on a ministry venture at the time of stay. Hospitality could range from a spare bed only, to bed & breakfast. This all began because Mariposa and a friend (2 women) are seeking a place to stay in rural France from January 5 – 10, 2003. They were thinking, “Hey… we could exchange hospitality in a Los Angeles suburb for a different time.” Sounds like a great idea. They’ll assemble the directory, then we’ll publish it here in an autoresponder. It’s a great idea — and I’m surprised we haven’t done it before!!! </singinheart@aol.com> - ISLAMIC STUDIES 2003 — The 6th annual “Institute of Islamic Studies” will convene April 07 to May 30, 2003, at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, Baguio City, Philippines.
