Here’s a super-interesting study of complaints about airlines sent to the DOT. According to the Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) Education Fund, complaints to the DOT against the travel industry are on track to break all records in 2023. Customers are complaining about everything from flight cancelations to damaged wheelchairs. In one particularly interesting facet of the study, PIRG drew attention to a comparison of complaints per 100,000 passengers for the largest US-based airlines in the industry.
