Taking You Under My Skin by Marvin J. Newell is a new historical fiction novel about the encountering of an unreached people group in the hills of Southeast Asia in a very unlikely way. The backdrop is the Vietnam War and it is tied to a never-ending love story of two committed Christian sweethearts separately taking the Gospel to unreached peoples. Find it on Amazon (https://a.co/d/dHq8TBe) or missionbooks.com (https://missionbooks.org/products/taking-you-under-my-skin). What other missional historical fiction novels have you read? 2) New Historical Fiction Missions Novel Set in SE Asia

Although I think it is not fiction, I think that “Pilgrim At The Crossroads of Human Trafficking; releasing captives on today’s underground railroad,” by Abdiya Wesab is one of the most inspiring of missional books.
Here’s one I really liked–contemporary fiction about a missionary written by a missionary working in a refugee ministry in Austria
The Long Highway Home by Elizabeth Musser
