Melody asks, “I’m not young, and I don’t know how to use social media besides Facebook to advertise the training we do for missionaries. Where can I learn how to use social media more effectively?” Melody works for a non-profit, so they are unable to purchase ads. What advice would you give her? Please comment.

On FB find related groups and join in. Start a group related to your NPO’s page. Get free google ad grant and have an FB pixel on your landing pages. Allow people to message from your FB page.
Ask everyone what other social media they use and check that out too.
Join media to movement groups who are mentioned on Brigada to network with more people with the same questions.
Great ideas. Can’t find any groups related to what we do. Will keep looking.
How do you get a free google ad grant?
If you want advanced learning, try these courses: https://kavanahmedia.com/courses
You can a learn a lot from https://www.nptechforgood.com/
Free training on social media called pulpit rock training is available to members at AFRICA NETWORK BFTF
Where do I find that? Do you have a web link?
Yes but the system would not allow it to be inserted. You can just google search Africa Network BFTF.
