Every once and awhile we circle back around to the question, “What are the best news sources?” For criteria, we’re assuming:
*** Up to the minute, real-time reporting
*** Objective, zero agenda, just the facts
*** If there are ads, please may they be gentle on the eyes

allsides and onenewsnow I don’t know. But, except for Fox, they are 100% agenda, therefore fake news.

Wall Street Journal and Economist. Now, I’m not an economy guy, but these publications have good accuracy because their reputation for people making financial decisions based on these publications is at stake. So, I’ll sometimes skim and then go deeper on these. Thanks!

I do try to pay attention to Vice News and Frontline (PBS) as well as what NPR has going on too.

That will effectively eliminate every single link you’ve listed. They are all biased. They all use ‘sensational headline’ ‘attention grabber’ ‘click bait’ tactics. They all use incendiary language, ex: children ripped from their parents at the border, etc. Ripped is an opinion word, an emotionally manipulative word, not a ‘this is what happened’ word. None of them do just the facts, ever, and none of them have done that since the 1960’s.
And, some on this list are far worse on the manipulation scale than others. I wouldn’t believe CNN if they reported the sun was shining until I saw it for myself!

Remember — we are LOOKING for sites that are zero-agenda. Please help us find one. We in no way are advocating for the sites we listed. Quite the contrary. We’re saying — please help us find something. But these ARE the typical global news sites that people go to for information. Please help us find better options.

I had reread the post twice before commenting. I apologize. I also think that being ‘suspicious’ all the time helps the providers to stay accountable.
That said, I had asked in vain for directions. I have no idea who are the ideas providers. I asked so sometimes to some websites, but they didn’t answer me.
Then congrats for the initiative.
