There are 1,189 chapters in the Bible. As you might have suspected, the vast majority are in the Old Testament (all but 260). What this means is that if we could average 3.2 chapters per day, we could read through the entire Bible in a year. What if we read 4 chapters/day? We’d finish the entire Bible on Oct. 24th. Of course, we might miss a few days. In fact, we could miss *60* or so and still finish within the year. We know there are tons of different reading plans by which one can read through the entire Bible in a year. But — would you join us in reading 4 chapters/day on average? Let’s read through the entire book in 2018 together! Deal? If so, let’s get going January 1st with Genesis 1!
