“Right Color, Wrong Culture,” the Book AND the Movie

I imagine you’ve heard about Bryan Loritts’ new book, “Right Color, Wrong Culture.” Actually, the full-length title is, “Right Color, Wrong Culture: The Type of Leader Your Organization Needs to Become Multiethnic.” In it, Loritts takes a fable approach in introducing paradigms that challenge lots of assumptions in areas of diversity in the workplace (especially in ministry), leadership, and more.
