Hello. I’m a big believer in Brigada. Each week, it comes to my inbox filled with resources, motivation, and trends regarding the Great Commission and how to fulfill it. Thousands of global workers around the world read it regularly. (If you don’t, may I humbly suggest you sign up at www.brigada.org. It’s free.) The funny thing is… they give away all their content all year long, then, in the final weeks of the year, ask if participants would be courageous enough to pitch in any amount to catapult their work forward into the new year. I’ve picked up items — a conference, a book, a website, a travel idea, etc. — and I know others have too. They’ve been churning out resources every week since January 1995. So here’s my question: Would our church have a small amount … any amount… remaining in the budget to help them meet their goal? They only ask for $17,120 for the entire year and they need less than $7000 to make their goal. I have a feeling if we help them, they’ll help many others fulfill the Great Commission. Could we consider it? If so, someone from our church could just click “Donate” in the upper right corner of their website, or, mail a check made payable to Team Expansion (Brigada), 13711 Willow Reed Drive, Louisville, KY 40299.
