A good online (and free) companion to this program would be Picnik.com. Picnik is a very easy to use photo editing program with lots of great features. You can load, edit, and save images to and from your computer. You can also load and edit images that you have stored in Facebook, flickr, Picassa, Webshots, MySpace, etc.

I went there to check it out, Camainc. Looks like a great option, especially for those who use those partnering services. I’m afraid to throw 5000+ pictures at it (which is what I’m carrying on my laptop these days), but it looks great for the moderate user.
