Team Expansion’s Prayer Coordinator learned more about leading prayer days and retreats when she attended a recent conference led by Dr. Evelyn Davis, Training Consultant for SIL International (partner with Wycliffe Bible Translators). Betty came home with the confidence and material to lead prayers days and retreats on numerous prayer and reflection topics. She experienced the leading of such events as she worked with other attendees in small groups to practice what they experienced under the facilitation of Dr. Davis and others who assisted in the training. Evelyn recently confirmed that the next training will be held in South Carolina at the White Oak Conference Center from September 14-23, 2011. For those who are unable to attend the full session, a short session will be held from Wed 14th – Mon 19th.
