Hispanics for Christ has launched a new “Institute for Pastoral Formation” that is accredited through Kairos University. The program uses a combination of online courses and in-person seminars to prepare and equip men and women to serve in their local churches. Students work with a team of three mentors in conjunction with online courses, cohorts and practical projects to demonstrate their competency.
