Paul, who is working in a Muslim land, would love to be trained in Community Health Evangelism (CHE). Several “live” trainings are listed at sites like https://www.chenetwork.org/trainingall/ . One org, Team Expansion, tries to mesh CHE with DMM, https://teamexpansion.org/community-health-evangelism/ but we didn’t know about online resources, until Charlotte told us in the comments below. Edited: See her comment — and the YouTube videos we listed as a result.
I was curious about the availability of CHE online training, as I am looking into this possibility too. However, the link takes the reader to 3 live training events happening for Team Expansion. I didn’t find any reference to online training options. Did I miss something?
Hi Iris. The first link provided (https://www.chenetwork.org/trainingall/ ) is the link giving trainings for the whole world. We were reaching for other trainings when we also provided the second link (with Team Expansion trainings) as an example of other trainings. But re-check that first link please. At the time of writing, we couldn’t find any online options — thus the question of the item. ARE there online trainings? Checking out Charlotte’s “CDT” recommendations.
The beauty of CHE training is the process of learning together. If you contact the Global CHE Network, they will know of local resources and coordinators. Trainings are happening regularly across the world.
Also, there are online videos for some of the key lessons. They are called CDT.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfUCCHDAaSQ is CDT1.
Check out the Global CHE Network library of videos on You Tube.

We understand that live training will always be better. But for someone like “Paul,” mentioned in the item, these are a *way* better than getting no training at all! Thanks again!
