Are you planting among those with a Western worldview, particularly Americans and Canadians? Several Bible Study options are now available at no cost for church planters. The Spiritual Transformation Series is a 35-session series for relational small groups that use Bible Storying. “Catching Fire” is a 12-session study for new believers based on an oral T4T. “Church Ministries” and “Multiplying Disciples” are 8-session studies that establish the new plant. Just email your name, church name, location, and launch date. The curriculum is offered free to plants one year or younger. They’ll email you the studies in PDF files. Not a new church plant? These same resources and many others are available for purchase. Ask for a Storying Resource Guide by emailing Mark Snowden at

Mark has been a Bible Storying trainer for 15 years and co-authored Truth That Sticks (NavPress) with the late Avery Willis.
I wholeheartedly encourage the use of this tool. The opportunity to do church planting right at the foundation level will set the direction for a strong and vibrant church.
Mark was also very engaged in the Following Jesus Series produced a few years ago. We developed a 404 Chronological Bible Storying set based on the Han Chinese worldview. It changed lives from the day it was released.
Even now, March 2012, the FJ Series is still useful because it is an Oral Bible story set designed for ease of use and simplicity.
Here is a line from an email I received this morning (22MAR2012): “God called our brother in Christ, T**y, from J**F to work at my factory at [in] China as general manager. T**y started a bible study group and use the material [Following Jesus, 404 stories], J**F uses it at [with the] unbeliever’s classes, that your husband [Brandt] organized when he was in China . Per T**y, the class is going very well.”
Mark had such an important role in producing this valuable tool for use among the house church in China. His current work will also impact the world for Jesus Christ.
Get the book, “Truth That Sticks” and go to his website for the material he is offering…I dare you! Then, go plant a church.
Serving Jesus in the hard places,
Brandt
