Wow! What a testimony! What a brave young girl. I cannot imagine being her age and having the experiences that she has had. Neither can I imagine being her age and having the conviction that she demonstrated on that stage. I will add her to my daily prayer. Thanks for sharing this on this Thanksgiving Day..helping me to realize that I have so much to be thankful for. May God continue to work in her life.
I just hope that this girl sharing her testimony and it being shared so widely does not make her so much of a public figure that she is unable to return to North Korea safely or minister effectively.
I thought the same thing. I’m sure she, and others with her, thought carefully about it before ‘going public’ like this. It looked as if she was making the calculated decision to take her testimony “up a notch,” partly because of the unique place she could have in the political arena by doing so.
But at the end of the day, nobody knows the impact it’ll have — politically or otherwise.
