For me (Doug), the Creation to Judgment tool is just a bit harder to learn than 3 Circles? Agree, or disagree? Have you used C2J? Do you recommend it to others? We do – but it seems challenging to some.

I have used it, but I didn’t have anything like the PDF or any charts or drawings. It was totally done orally.
Since it was done orally, it was much more story telling. The PDF makes it look so formal and so rigid.
I would recommend not using the PDF and simply tell the story.
I know plenty of people in different cultural contexts who uses/used it but always orally.
