Several have asked about getting copies of the Lausanne strategic planning canvases used in the “Gap” strategy sessions. I wish I had photographed copies of all 7 languages. (Please forgive.) Sadly, all I have are copies of the canvases we worked on in my own group. (I took part in an English-speaking group.) But at least this should feed ideas that you might be able to apply in your own collaborative planning sessions in the future.
The collaborative planning sessions followed a simple five-step outline:
1) Listen to the current reality
2) Imagine a preferred reality
3) Create a way to “close the gap”
4) Communicate your prayerful proposal
5) Commit to collaborative action
I’ll insert photos of the canvases here. You should be able to right-click then “save as” to save these on your own device. Hope they are helpful.
