8) Best Conference Location for a group of 250+ in North America

Suppose you had to stage an in-person conference for 250 missionaries in North America. Where would you convene them? Assume they’ve all been to Ridgecrest and they liked it. Suppose you needed someplace a) close to a major airport, b) clean as a pin, c) with multiple meeting/workshop rooms, and d) great food. Whom would you call? Thanks for any input you can give.
