When there are breakthroughs, it’s easy to get excited. Everyone jumps on board. But suppose you want to find a way to communicate the small win… maybe because you want to emphasize the fact that God is just as excited about *one* sinner who has come to repentance as He is about one million. Maybe it’s because you’re trying to set a benchmark reference for all workers – so that no one feels pushed aside if his or her “metrics” aren’t as large. How do we do that?
