SIAMA are fabulous. They are a group of ladies and men in the Netherlands who specialize in travel for missionaries. They find missionary discounts, extra luggage allowances, and changeable tickets—all the things missionaries need. I can’t recommend them strongly enough, as they are kind and wonderful to work with. Their motto is “SIAMA is serving those who serve.” http://www.siama.nl/
I’m a newly certified travel agent and being raised in a missions-minded church and college, I would like to be able to help.
We began our experience in missions using Menno Travel, the owner retired some years ago now. Bill used Raptim as his go to ticketing service for humanitarian based airfares. Menno Travel has been taken over by Key Travel who offer the same services. https://www.keytravel.com/ The service might not be quite what it was with Bill and his team but you can still get the humanitarian airfares with BA, KLM and Lufthansa.
