I went to the link but it doesn’t seem to be so much a place to sign up as a place to champion/mobilize prayer for a given area.
Is there some link on there that I can go to to be a pray-er rather than a champion?

Oh, I see. I should have followed the instructions more precisely. I was looking for instructions when I got to the page, but if I just followed the instructions from HERE I would click on the people/place I wanted to pray for and it does then take me to a place where I can sign up. Sorry for the confusion. Gotta read those instructions…
