Steve wrote this past week, sharing openly how difficult it was for him to find great mission resources in the UK. Can we improve Europe’s participation in Brigada? Or, if not, can we find similar resources, information, and trends inside of Europe in general, and the UK in particular? If you have a line on something – or if you’ll help us make Brigada more international, please click to “read more” and comment. Thanks!

An excellent UK-based Missions clearing house is OSCAR Active: Mike Frith; https://oscaractive.ning.com/
Global Connections is a great resource in UK as well as One Another Ministries Int.
The Center for mission mobilization operates in the UK and has many mobilization trainings and resources. We are also connected to other mobilizers around the UK.
OSCAR Ministry
The home page is below. It is the same ministry posted above.

We at AsiaLink have produced a 6-part study session called ‘Mission Minded’, and have a slightly deeper parallel course in the making. Our ‘Oink’ project follows a similar idea but is aimed at primary school children, e.g. for use in Sunday schools. We have produced a booklet called ’40 things you can do to impact the world right now’ with a focus on praying, acting and advocating for mission and also have a range of videos which we make available to churches etc for free. All of this can be accessed via the AsiaLInk website. We’re always keen for new ideas and opportunities for partnership in such areas so let us know if we can help at all. Oh, and we’d also recommend OMF’s recent book for kids, called ‘A Taste of Asia’!
Apologies for the lack of links to the resources above, I tried to include them but the system flagged my post up as spam as a result.
