6) Do You Listen to AudioBooks? What if This One (on Grace) is Free?

I love audio books, they’re so useful when I’m driving! But in my opinion, this promotion is a bit misleading. Yes, the one advertised is free…but only when you sign up and pay $14.95 monthly subscription to be a member. For many people – especially those in Christian service – that amount is excessive…especially considering how many other online services cost “just a few dollars a month” on a subscription basis. To use all the ones we want or need, we’d need 40 hours in a day, and a much greater income than many of us have!
You can sign up and create an account without a paid membership and still get the free audiobook each month. I was only a paid member for a month or two a few years ago, but I started saving the free books to my “member library” many, many years ago and so in spite of all the books I wasn’t interested in and all the months I forgot to even check the site I have still 53 audiobooks and only 4-six of those are from a paid month or individual purchase (and even one or tow of those might have been from a free trial). I know for a fact that I So, I would sign up for the free trial, download/”save to library”/buy whatever book on the site interests you the most, then also grab the freebie. Then cancel your membership while it is free. Download their app, sign in with the same username and password, and then enjoy listening to your new audiobooks. Finally, set a reminder to return each month (in the middle of the month since they seem to often be a week or two behind in updating the free book) and just keep adding whichever free books you like.
