In the interest of being completely forthright, it seems to have been a “best of times, worst of times” year for Zoom, the online meeting platform. Best of times: They’ve finally succeeded in developing true end-to-end encryption. Worst of times: this new cloak-and-dagger DOJ lawsuit against some Zoom employees who carried out an insane campaign against a select group of Zoom users?
