It’s New Years. Time for new resolutions. What kind of resolutions will YOU be setting for 2018? … and how do you intend to be sure to KEEP them? The NHS (the largest health website for the UK) recently suggested several key practices to make sure you forged ahead on your New Year’s Resolutions in 2018. Among them was this one — “Break your goal into a series of steps, focusing on creating sub-goals that are concrete, measurable and time-based.” Makes sense to us.
