My turn came up yesterday and the upgrade went completely without a hiccup. It was so smooth, I’m looking under the hood sometimes to find the new features. The one downside was the 20 or so boxes that were checked “on” by default, all of which indicated that my laptop would be sending lots of information to Redmond. I unchecked all of them… but I fear many will just click “Next” and breeze right by them. The upsides? I bet there are new security features under the hood somewhere. I’m not using many of the new built-in apps. But maybe I will. What are YOU liking about Windows 10? Just click “Comment” after the web version of this item. Thanks in advance for your response.

Glad you seem happy with Windows 10. Just remember that all those things you unclicked can be clicked by a small virus. And the information can be rerouted to another place. This is the reason many many people are avoiding Windows 10. Most of us are waiting to learn more about this new security threat, and some guarantee that it can not be used against us at some time in the future.
