This person will impact the cross-cultural mission community of SE Asia by leading a team of member care providers as they serve cross-cultural workers through clinical counseling, pastoral care, training and events. Based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Director provides oversight, operational and spiritual leadership, vison, management and guidance to the organization.
