In her first book, Cynthia Ulrich Tobias helped us understand “The Way We Learn.” Now, as a follow-up, she is helping us figure out “The Way We Work.” Subtitled, “What You Know about Working Styles Can Increase Your Efficiency, Productivity and Job Satisfaction,” one might misunderstand this book as being pop feel-good fad-fiction. But, according to at least one global outreach pastor, “The Way We Work,” when viewed through the explanatory lense of scripture, can be extremely helpful in pulling together teams for maximum effectiveness and output. Worth the read.
