Of course, keep in mind, although very popular in businesses (and mission orgs) around the world, according to Pittenger (in the “Journal of Career Planning and Employment”), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is widely criticized by academics for its methodological weaknesses, poor statistical validity and low reliability.
