There’s a joke about cats and dogs that conveys their differences perfectly: Dogs say, “You pet me, you feed me, you shelter me, you love me, you must be God.” Cats say, “You pet me, you feed me, you shelter me, you love me, I must be God.” Many in the church have embraced a self-centered “meology” vs. a passion for the glory of God. “Cat & Dog Theology” seeks to change that.
