The Global Children’s Forum uses Regonline for our gatherings which involve 60-140 people from all over the world. They charge $4 per registration plus the credit card fee (people can also pay via check, paypal or cash on arrival if you so designate). It takes a while to learn how to customise, but it is very flexible as far as what information you gather and how it is handled. You can also customise the reports you generate and allow people access to just certain information (e.g. local hosts who need to know when people are arriving to plan airport pick-up). The only draw-back we’ve encountered is that they have excluded some countries from the drop-down lists because they are considered fraud risks. We get around it by not requiring that field and people from those countries just leave it blank. The main drawback is that these people cannot pay by credit card – but often they are sponsored or pay by cash on arrival anyway. It is annoying, but not fatal.
