Until last month, we had enjoyed years of free online giving services at Team Expansion. Then, last month, our bank sold and the new owner pulled the plug. We’ve seen the folks at…

But my question is — which online giving solution works best for you? Included in my quest is finding something that is easy, affordable, and very customizable. Your thoughts?
Not sure how much ServiceU charges… couldn’t tell from their website without registering. Our organization uses MissionsConnex (www.missionsconnex.com) with great success. It has a very helpful customizable interface for short term mission participants, but also has a great landing page for eft/cc donations that can be easily programmed to collect any data you want. Highly recommend for ease of use and affordability.
Thanks David and Dan!
So which did you end up going with, would love to know and what your thoughts are since?
Thanks!
Allen
Sounds like we were at the same bank! We also bank through the ECCU and they recommended Ministry LINQ, which we’ve settled on. I’m now getting that up and running. I didn’t check into many others, but Ministry LINQ looks good. Very helpful and easy to use and medium range probably in cost.
We have been using NetworkForGood’s free service, which asks donors to give an additional small fee to their donation to cover the costs of the running the service.

We don’t get enough online donations to pay for a full-blown payment gateway.
I’ll check out some of the offerings described by others here, though.
If you do not know about Electronic Giving Solutions from Stewardship Technologies, then you need to. It is possibly the best and most cost effective online giving service available, owned/run by committed Christians, and very well done. Excellent service and price, even for small agencies. They also provide payroll services at incredibly low cost.
We haven’t used them due to having another solution in place which currently fits our need to accept donations in a myriad of currencies but I was referred to these guys once and pass along for others to benefit from:

I’m on staff with International Students, Inc., and we recently switched our online giving over to Halo BlueFire. It’s much more efficient and user-friendly than our old system (C9). Every staff member gets daily reports when transactions occur, and it’s super easy for donors to set up recurring donations, update their giving info/amounts, and even designate funds to multiple accounts at once. Definitely worth looking into!
You can create your own ONLINE GIVING SOLUTION platform with the help of eCrowdFundr.com. It is useful if you want to create your own non-profit or commission-based crowdfunding platform.
