If you’re one of the thousands of people who have already signed up for Brigada at the new service, THANK you! Several readers wrote, asking why we didn’t just move the service over to iContact in a rather “forced” way. It’s kind of hard to explain, but in our opinion, it’s much classier to give each user personal knowledge of what’s happening to his or her personal information. We would NEVER transfer your information to a new service without your permission. It’s that simple. Will iContact be easier? You bet. It’s also a service we PAY for whereas GoogleGroups and YahooGroups make their living by selling ads. So, in almost every way, this is a winner for you because you personally get to safeguard and oversee the use of your personal contact information. The ONLY downside is that you would need to “confirm” your email address with the new service. That’s it. Just go to
