Enter your email address (or, if you don’t trust them, enter something random then the “at” sign and domain, like this:
test@mydomain.com
Substitute your email server’s domain name for “mydomain.com”

Just checked and gmail accounts are secure, but hotmail and aol are not. hmmm…
