This translation is from the latest version, revised in 2005. You can get copies of this edition for the actual cost of printing/shipping to you. But you must order a full case of 20. The price will be $4 per book or $80 per case, including shipping in the U.S. This is a PRE-PRESS order, so let them know by Oct. 15.
