12) New Year’s Brigada Is Coming: How Are You Tracking Your Goals?

Did everyone at your agency or church make the joke about having a “2020 vision?” Did you write one? If so, the big question for Brigada next week is — how are you TRACKING those goals throughout the year. Shew — Strategic Plans are kind of difficult, aren’t they? (In fact, some pundits are going so far as to say they are *dead*.) How will you set goals and track outcomes in 2020? Are you using software? Quarterly reviews? Monthly reminders?
