She says missionaries need permission to be confused (my experience is, most are willing to do that even if they don’t have permission [grin]), to be flawed (uh, we do that too), to rest (yikes — we’re not so good at that, are we), to spend (you’ll have to decide about that one), and to quit (that’s a toughie).
