The GMI team would be glad for any feedback or suggestions on this tool — or for stories of how it is being used.
Some people to whom we initially showed the tool expressed concern that its use might discourage the sending of (Western) cross-cultural missionaries. Our hope, rather, is that the tool would encourage agencies to focus on 1) lean sending, 2) retention of field staff, and 3) innovation in sending and compensation models.
