Do you sometimes hear news stories and feel powerless? We do. Israel/Gaza. Russia/Ukraine. Politics and conflict. Shew. It’s enough to drive a person crazy. All those big actions can cause a person to ask, “What difference can I make?” Well here’s a simple, tiny step that can impact change agents the world over: Help Brigada help mobilizers, missionaries, and missions leaders around the block and around the world. Your peers pitched in $390 this past week, bringing the total for 2023 to $7252, leaving us just $9748 shy of our $17,000 annual operating budget for server costs, email distributions to thousands every week, and the costs of a part-time assistant. Just think – if one person or church could pitch in $1000, and another could give $500, then 62 people give $100 each, and another 41 people pitch in $50 each, the entire year would be covered. We refuse to receive more than we need. If anything beyond $17,000 comes in, we’ll just apply it to the next year or give it to the poor. So – here’s your chance to make a difference. Here’s a simple thing you can do. If enough people make this one simple gift, Brigada’s 28th year will be completely empowered. Thanks in advance to those who choose to help. We’re so grateful.
