For years, I (Doug) have been on the hunt for the perfect CRM. Now if I only needed an app for a smartphone (iOS and Android) and if prayer & discipleship were at the top of my list, I would need to look at Redux by GNPI https://reduxpray.com/ . If I’m field-based and I’m primarily pursuing a disciple-making movement (DMM) model, for my money, nothing comes close to Disciple.Tools https://disciple.tools/ . (We can recommend both of those products because a) They’re that good, b) we know the developers personally and they’re legit – so they’re not going to steal data, spam you, or breech security for you, and c) The developers consider their work as a ministry of the Kingdoma and therefore offer them as a labor of love for no charge at all! Freely they receive and freely they’re giving back to the Kingdom! May God bless them for it.

But suppose I’m looking for laptop access – via Windows, Apple, and Linux. Suppose I’m figuring there will eventually be hundreds if not thousands of friends, donors, relatives, and partners — not to mention workers. Suppose I’m looking for something with lightning-fast response time, unlimited contacts, and virtually unlimited users in a product I can (relatively) afford. Suppose I’m trying to find something super-secure (e.g., with encryption “at rest,” meaning that the data are encrypted even when the hard drive is sitting still in the data farm). Suppose I’m looking for calendar-sharing, contact history, and social media interaction. Suppose I want an org chart built in — with lots of flexibility for unlimited custom fields, granular access and security permissions, and full project management. Suppose I want to set up work groups for each of our on-field teams, facilitating their communication AND providing them with file-sharing capabilities. Suppose I’m looking for built-in applications in-app to let them work simultaneously on word-processing documents, spreadsheets and presentations (without having to buy Office). Suppose I’m planning on that document sharing to be encrypted too – because they are working in sensitive places. Suppose I want multi-continent servers (in case the worst happens… like a tsunami… in one location). And suppose I’d like the vendor to do regular daily backups AND to offer to restore the data for free (any time over the last 30 days) in case I unintentionally delete my own database beyond repair. (To find out which product we’re describing, just click Read More.)

Sound like a dream? It was. I had been searching for 15 years. Finally, we can tell you, the Brigada audience, that you don’t have to pay $100 per user per month for that kind of product. In fact, you don’t have to pay $30/user. You don’t even have to pay $10/user! How ’bout $2 per user? That’s what the price works out to be for Bitrix24. Honest – you’re going to love this. Check it out at:

https://www.bitrix24.com/prices/

And get this: If you have an I.T. person on staff, you can even buy an on-premises edition and own it yourself and not pay ANY rental. But since the vendor is offering a multi-continent, sole-server, back-up solution at such an affordable price, you might just want to do what we’ve done and opt for checking out the Enterprise level cloud version.

It even has dedicated apps for smartphones.

I’m telling you. I can’t wait to hear your reaction.

(If this recommendation is helpful. If it saves your organization some dollars from what you were THINKING about paying for Salesforce [This is cheaper than the non-profit pricing at Salesforce] or the Microsoft Office grant [This is less expensive than the grant for MS Office 365 and does a lot more], then would you consider making a simple one-time, end-of-year gift to Brigada to help us power up missional users all over the world throughout the coming year? We still are praying for $7400. See item #9. Just click to https://brigada.org/contact to make a huge difference for thousands of participants world wide. Thank you!)
