While many like using jotform several Brigada readers mentioned that the drawback with jotform is they allow only a limited amount of forms and input in their free plan. A reader commented that they use Google forms and another mentioned https://www.cognitoforms.com/. Do you know of a form that allows attachments? What do you use?
