Several years ago, we were asked by an executive director of a non-profit, “As a small mission organization with a very bare-bones office in the United States, we need all the help we can get so we can get funds where they are most needed in the nations and places that need the Gospel. One of the areas we need help is finding a very simple, user-friendly Donor Management Software System that would easily interface with our website and enable us to: cultivate our donor base, integrate with social media, send out receipts, create reports, etc. … Some of the advice generated included:

Here @TACOteam, we love Donorbox! It is easily customizable, accepts donations from around the world in any currency, and in the three years of using them, there have been no errors (other than our own!) Their helpdesk is the best ever. Highly recommended.
We use DonorWise developed by a Cru missionary now out serving missions with Free software for the mission and for the missionary. The cost would come if you use their portal to connect the donor information where the donor can download it into their software.
