This past week, we participated in the International Conference on Missions (ICOM) in Richmond, Virginia. There were hundreds of exhibitors and seemingly just as many workshops and main sessions. There were tracks on DMM, Development, and just about everything else under the sun in missions. We especially enjoyed the opening main session focused on “The Call” to world evangelism. Dave and Donna Linn were refreshingly honest, humble and vulnerable about this heartbeat topic. If you took part in ICOM, what was YOUR favorite part? We enjoyed being reminded about all the great resources – like MomentumYes, the U4theU Wall of the Unreached, and more. If you attended ICOM, what was your favorite part? Just click Comment and share. Learn more about ICOM at https://theicom.org/. ICOM 2022 will take place Nov. 3-6 in Columbus, Ohio. Hope to see you there!

Though so brief, the 3+ minute video highlighting Romans 10:13-15 was the highlight for me. If was the culmination of five years asking the ICOM leadership to give some “pulpit time” to missionary care! It was a start. We are praying for a greater emphasis in Columbus, Ohio!
A second highlight was the time in prayer I spent in the fabulously and sensitively positioned Prayer Room with Pino Neglia. Also, being able to present him with the new Italian translation of our book, Serving As Senders~Today!
