We have a heart for missions mobilizers. Let’s face it: Jesus Himself concluded that “the workers are few.” Yet as each year goes by, these mobilizers have to persuade themselves to hit the trails again and again to raise up harvesters for people who are “harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.” The job usually promises little income and lots of challenges. Many mobilizers actually have to tell it like it is: “Please accept this job for which you have to raise funds equal to your own salary.” WHAT? For this reason, opportunities like the Mission Mobilization Summit are awesome. Check out this one:
This mobilization is relative to a local church mobilizing its members to care about outreach – and many of the same principles apply regardless of what your own mobilization assignment might be. Mobilizers, we appreciate you!
